Decanter is empty. Sticker indicates it originally contained Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Has the cork.
In very good condition with no chips.
The car is green and has a white racing stripe and yellow and black #11 on both sides and hood of car.
The driver is in a red suit and yellow helmet.
The bottom is stamped:
"INDY 1971 HAND PAINTED ITALY R.E.M. ORIGINALS"
"MADE IN ITALY HAND PAINTED"
